Nutrition
Our team of nutritionist use evidence-based research to consider the impact of food and nutrients in relation to health and disease. Through nutritional medicine, as well and dietary and lifestyle modifications, a Nutritionist works in a partnership with their clients to provide them with the knowledge and tools required to take control of their own health and wellness.
Regardless of whether you are seeking a healthier lifestyle or have specific health related goals/issues to address we are confident that we can assist you. Initial consultations will be centred around your medical history, past and current dietary habits, physical activity, energy levels, digestive function, sleep quality and stress levels to develop a nutrition plan that is targeted for success.
Our team will educate you throughout your consultation and ensure you walk away with an actionable plan of what is required of you to move forward with your unique needs or goals.

When strength meets the ultimate fat burn! This session brings together the perfect combination of resistance training and conditioning. Using both equipment and body weight exercises this circuit revolves around timed sets and rest to keep your heart rate high.

Pure Strength
A zero cardio workout ideal for those who love to lift. This session will teach you the correct technique and build your foundation in compound lifts including squats, chin ups and deadlifts. Nothing changes your body and empowers you more than strength training.
Strength & Conditioning
This session is designed to improve your strength and enhance speed and power. Ideal for athletic development, this class combines compound lifts found in our Pure Strength class with explosive movements to get your heart rate up and build endurance.
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. This low impact style of training is not to be underestimated and will certianly test your limits.
