Questions, answered.

Do I need lifting experience?

No. Most of our members started with none. Every session is coached, so you'll learn the moves properly before we add weight. We meet you where you are.

What if I can't train three times a week?

Talk to us. The Intensive Change Program is designed around three sessions, but we can flex the days. We also offer a 2-week trial so you can see how it fits before committing.

What if it's not working?

Then you don't pay the next instalment. We measure progress with InBody scans every 4 weeks. If the numbers aren't moving, that's on us — and we'll either adjust the plan or refund the remainder.

When can I start?

We open 12 spots per intake, every month. The next cohort begins on the first Monday of next month. Reserve your spot before the cohort fills.
