We don't sell gym access. We sell a system: coached strength sessions, fortnightly one-on-one nutrition consults, and body-composition scans that prove it's working. Whether you've never lifted or you're stepping on a stage, we build the plan and walk it with you.
Every session is programmed and coached. Small groups so your form gets seen, your weights get pushed, and you actually leave knowing what you trained — and why.
Every two weeks you sit down with a qualified nutritionist. Real food, your schedule, reviewed and adjusted on the spot — not a PDF dumped in your inbox.
Quarterly BIA scans tracked for every member. We measure body fat, lean mass and progress in numbers — not vibes. If something's not working, we see it before you do.

No. Most of our members started with none. Every session is coached, so you'll learn the moves properly before we add weight. We meet you where you are.
Talk to us. The Intensive Change Program is designed around three sessions, but we can flex the days. We also offer a 2-week trial so you can see how it fits before committing.
Then you don't pay the next instalment. We measure progress with BIA scans every 4 weeks. If the numbers aren't moving, that's on us — and we'll either adjust the plan or refund the remainder.
