Your $780 covers 8 weeks with nutrition coaching included — about $97.50 a week (paying $780 upfront), well under our ongoing rates. Prefer to spread the cost? Pay $110/week across the 8 weeks instead ($880 total). Either way, this intro is a one-time starting point — you use it once when you join, then continue on one of the ongoing plans below. Ongoing members pay $30 a week more to add the same nutrition support, so the intro is the cheapest way to get the full system.
