Maeve founded Optimum Nutrition & Training in 2015 and has since dedicated her time to helping as many people as she can while building a team to support her mission. Maeve is a passionate and driven Clinical Nutritionist and Coach who believes that a holistic approach to wellness is essential to achieve goals and strive for optimum health. Maeve understands that health is not a one size fits all model and makes it her mission to educate people rather than just treat them. She is a captivating speaker and presenter having spoken for a variety of organisations and has contributed to several publications.

With a bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Medicine Maeve can assist with a wide array of health concerns from nutritional deficiencies, fatigue, digestion, and gut health. However, Maeve specialises in:

  • Sports Nutrition
  • Weight Management (weight gain/loss, re-composition)
  • Pre-conception & Pregnancy
  • Nutritional & Meal Planning

As a coach Maeve enjoys working with an array of clients from physique competitors and performance athletes to everyday parents’ individuals just wanting to feel like the best version of themselves. Maeve is committed to keeping up to date with the latest research and information and lives the lifestyle she promotes. In her downtime you will find her training, recipe developing, reading, and spending much cherished time with family & friends.

Michael is one of our Directors at ONT and is widely recognised as one of Australia’s most sought-after contest prep coaches. He has guided hundreds of athletes to the stage, producing multiple professional competitors across both male and female divisions.

With a strong background in athlete development, Michael has designed and implemented advanced athlete management systems to track progress from start to finish — ensuring every phase of prep is data-driven and personalised.

Michael has also served as the National Promoter for Australian Natural Bodybuilding, delivering shows across multiple states and earning the respect of his peers throughout the industry.

A true student of the sport, Michael not only coaches at the highest level but continues to compete himself — bringing firsthand experience and passion to everything he does.

Kole is a coach, sports nutritionist, and co-director at Optimum Nutrition and Training with a passion for helping people build strength, improve body composition, and take control of their training and nutrition.

With formal qualifications in Sport and Exercise Science, Applied Sport Science, and Human Nutrition, Kole combines academic knowledge with a practical, client-focused approach. His background in competitive bodybuilding and strength coaching gives him a deep understanding of the demands of both general and performance-based goals.

Kole works closely with a range of clients — from those stepping into the gym for the first time to athletes preparing for the stage or the ring. He believes coaching should be collaborative, structured, and built on trust.

His coaching areas include:

  • Muscle growth & strength development

  • Nutrition for fat loss, training performance & recovery

  • Contest prep & athlete weight management

  • Building sustainable training and nutrition habits

I enjoy collaborating with a diverse range of clients from individuals seeking to enhance their well-being and strength, through to fitness competitors preparing to hit the stage.

My approach is centred on evidence-based methods gained during my tertiary studies and prioritising a heathy and balanced lifestyle, with the ultimate goal of helping individuals reach milestones they once considered unattainable.

Brianna’s passion for fitness was initially ignited when she was dancing full time with the Australia Ballet School and wanted to enhance her strength. Signing up to a gym marked the onset of her passion for strength training and was a good fit for the discipline she had enjoyed while dancing. This interest eventually culminated in her participation in two natural bodybuilding contests, where she secured first place four times.

Brianna has completed a Bachelor of Exercise Sport alongside a Nutrition Science degree at Deakin University. In 2024 she will be continuing to pursue her passion for knowledge by completing further studies with a master’s degree in Dietetics.

As a coach Brianna is wholeheartedly committed to the individual needs of each of her clients, striving to make a meaningful and positive impacts on their lives. Brianna is committed to inspiring, educating, and supporting her clients as they endeavour to reach and exceed their personal best. Her interests lie in hypertrophy, body re-composition, nutrition, and the complexities involved in transforming someone’s lifestyle habits.
